The products will be delivered at the address given by you, according to your specifications.

Decorish will only use the personal information when we are handling orders, during shipments and deliveries, for secure payment and, in some cases, for custom declaration. Shipping & Returns

Shipment arrivals depend on each country. DHL Globalmail typically delivers within 10 - 15 business days. If you want them faster , DHL Express option is also available which typically delivers within 7 business days.

 

AnchorHow do I determine the shipping charge on my order ?

The shipping charge on your order is calculated in the second step of the checkout process ship method) after you have chosen the address for your delivery.

 

AnchorWhat do I do if my delivery is damaged when I receive it ?

If you when receiving a parcel notice that it is visibly damaged from transportation, immeditaley report this to the transportation company which delivered the parcel. If the transportation company do not accept responsibility, please contact Decorish's customer service via e-mail info@decorish.com.

 

AnchorCan I exchange or return my purchase if I do not like it ?

You can, in a period of 30 days, return a product if you are not completely satisfied. If returning a product it must be in unchanged condition and in the original package. Please contact info@decorish.com for further instructions. The purchasing sum will be paid back to you within 7 days from the day the product reaches Decorish. The costs of delivery will be paid by you.
